ILLstrips is a brand inspired by comic books and Hip-Hop, founded in 2019. These two counter cultures have countless connections woven through their vibrant tapestry and exploring these elements within my art is nothing less than a labor of love for both. My first comic book series, Cosmic Slop, is at the core of this venture and I hope to produce many other titles under the ILLstrips imprint. I aim to grow other elements of the brand around these stories, so this is only the beginning.

I had a lot of fun making this one, experimented with new techniques and pushed my skills to the limit. I’m excited to see what you think. Strap in and watch as Humpty and Samo fight for the justice they’re after.
Part 1: Picking Season
Step into the psychedelic realm of Vyna, where the Vynon Monks prepare for their sacred vinyl record festival. These peaceful monks are in the middle of gathering their special psychoactive fruits, but their tranquil existence is shattered when a mysterious group of malevolent invaders descends upon them, intent on stealing their precious treasures and enslaving the monks. Can the Vynon Monks protect their home and preserve their legacy, or will this be their final harvest?
Part 2: ALL CITY KAIJU
Humpty’s rebellious streak takes him deep into the heart of the ancient, crumbling ALL CITY; an architectural wasteland where seven colossal Kaiju rule, each reigning supreme until dethroned by a more ferocious contender. Armed with spray cans and a mission to graffiti bomb the city, Humpty comes face to face with Satucron, the most monstrous and ruthless of them all. Will Humpty make it out with his fur coat intact, or will the beast’s wrath destroy everything in its path?
